The hotel rooms were very nice in size with good lighting, heating, and safe facilities for my items. Off The Bone restaurant was a standout highlight. The service was excellent with staff always ready to accommodate preferences. The location was excellent with great public transport links, though it could get noisy at times. The dining experience had a decent layout and varied choices but could use some improvements. Overall, a good value for money stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a great experience. However, the noise from the elevator and lack of juice and bread in the breakfast could have been improved. The hotel rooms were like apartments, more like a sauna with stuffy air, but the friendly and efficient service made up for it. The location was excellent for business stays but could have been more convenient. The dining experience was good, although a bit sparse in some departments.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag.
