Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were very nice in size with good lighting, heating, and safe facilities for my items. Off The Bone restaurant was a standout highlight. The service was excellent with staff always ready to accommodate preferences. The location was excellent with great public transport links, though it could get noisy at times. The dining experience had a decent layout and varied choices but could use some improvements. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are excellent value for a family stay, but they can get too warm at times. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some helpful interactions but also some lack of attention to outside guests. The location is convenient for reaching local attractions without traffic jams, but be prepared for a lukewarm dining experience. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a great experience. However, the noise from the elevator and lack of juice and bread in the breakfast could have been improved. The service from the hotel staff was exceptional, friendly, and efficient, making my stay pleasant. The location was convenient for business, but the lifestyle suite upgrade didn't seem worth the extra cost. The dining options were overall good, though there was room for improvement in the variety of offerings. The facilities were decent, adding to the overall experience.
The hotel rooms were like apartments, more like a sauna with stuffy air, but the friendly and efficient service made up for it. The location was excellent for business stays but could have been more convenient. The dining experience was good, although a bit sparse in some departments.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room was spacious and suited our group well, but unfortunately, it was located above a noisy function room which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was uncomfortably hot despite raising the issue with them twice.
